Detailed Description of Jay Pendelton and [alias] B2's amazing mind control, mind reading, electronic harassment technology, and computer jamming/hacking technology

1. Jay Pendelton and [alias] B2 are covert hi-tech mind control workers that can manipulate and disable brains.  Here are some of the technologies they can [illegally] use.
1.1. Jay and B2 have the technical ability to use RHIC-EDOM [CIA MKUltra mind control technology allegedly in use by 1963] to remotely hypnotize brains using Radio-Hypnotic IntraCerebral Control (RHIC) and/or disable and electronically jam brains by blocking the transmission of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine in some parts of the brain [and probably also nerves] using Electronic Dissolution Of Memory (EDOM).
1.2. Jay and B2 can use Silent Sound Spread Spectrum [1989-1992 patent US 5159703A] using ultrasonic mind control energy waves (and probably EMF electromagnetic mind control energy waves too) to manipulate a human brain in an amazing variety of ways, including:
1. Changing moods and emotions by zapping a brain to feel a specific emotion or sensation (also called cloning the emotions), including fear, depression, and anger,
2. Changing energy/alertness/wakefulness levels, focus/nonfocus levels, and boggling/stunning/disabling brains,
3. Creating interoception sensations [like needing to piss/shit], pain, nausea, manipulating wakefulness levels by zapping people tired, very tired, sleepless or unable to sleep, asleep, awake and lying in bed with minimal energy, or fully awake and alert, creating human impulses [hunger, thirst, need to piss/shit, need to sleep, anger, rage [allegedly including crimson mist extreme rage], sexual impulses, pre-orgasm pleasure, simulated emotions, simulated drug highs, simulated illnesses, feeling heavy/light (G-force levels), etc., and skin and body sensations.  This is probably mostly done by zapping the brain and/or the sensory trigeminal nerves in the face and/or other sensory nerves.
4. Zapping the facial nerve [cranial nerve 7] to produce various human emotional expressions, some of which are now represented by emoticons. For example, mind controllers might zap someone with a smile zap after saying or hearing that someone being zapped "just smiled".
5. Zapping the brain and/or zapping human motor nerves (that manipulate muscles) to remote control human muscles including muscle tightening, muscle spasms,breathing, farting/shitting, pissing, and vomiting, etc.
6. They can probably also temporarily stun, boggle, shock and awe [a disablement and passivity zap and now also the name of an official US military "shock and awe" attack strategy], fatigue, and/or even retard or heavily retard brains.
7. They can also manipulate or script target's dreams at night and can sometimes even zap images or video into the closed eyes of a resting or probably even sleeping brain.

Jay Pendelton and [alias] B2 use one or more mind reading technologies, aka remote neural monitoring (RNM) technologies, and can read some targeted minds some of the time.  (Possible wireless/remote mind reading tech might include swiping brainwaves along the lines of the 1974/1976 Malech patent US3951134A, "Apparatus and method for remotely monitoring and altering brain waves", that includes using 100MHz, 110MHz, and 210MHz [equivalent to the unused 100FM and the unused 110FM channels], using RNM or remote neural monitoring, using MEG-SQUID [magnetic EEG remote neural/brain monitoring, and/or remote ultrasound monitoring of the human voicebox and/or throat.)  waves and/or ultrasound monitoring remote neural [and maybe by using advanced ultrasound technology].  It also probably includes using SVR (sub-vocal voice recognition) to convert brainwaves [and/or maybe ultrasound larynx/voicebox data] into thoughts/words/speech using a brainwaves-to-speech converter or an artificial larynx or voicebox.  (Functional SVR tech without the wireless brainwave swiping was demonstrated in what was COTS (commercial off the shelf technology) in 2008 in the video That's Impossible! on mindreading.)

3. Jay Pendelton and [alias] B2 can electronically harass people by:
1) Broadcasting both vocal electronic harassment into fans, air conditioners, heaters, and/or running motors (maybe using heterodyned ultrasonic beams),
2) Broadcasting subliminal messages into people's brains.  (You can press your fingertips tightly into both ears to hear at least some of the some subliminal messages.  They are often repeated suggestions/directions for next actions, often dumb, and sometimes offensive, toxic, and/or illegal.  They vary from remote-controlled suggestions to offensive harassment or misdirection messages and/or subliminal brainwashing.)
3) Broadcasting thoughts and/or subliminal thoughts directly into people's brains using V2k or voice-to-skull technology (possibly using neurophone tech, bone conduction hearing, and maybe Frey's microwave hearing.)  These zapped thoughts can be detectable, subliminal, and/or semi-subliminal.  They can also manipulate sound and hearing in a variety of ways, including changing the output of a loudspeaker and the use of subliminal and semi-subliminal communication.
4) They can also manipulate sound and hearing in a variety of ways, including changing the output of a loudspeaker or telephone and the use of subliminal and semi-subliminal communication.  The can also use voice modulators to modify the sound of speech and even impersonate specific people.

4. Jay Pendelton and [alias] B2 can probably use the same modern mind control tech allegedly used by Shriever Space Force Base mind control workers that is documented at TargetedJustice.org.
Some of the mind-control tech is individually targeted and other mind-control tech probably zaps a small and/or wide area.

5. Probably electronic jamming of computers, computer hacking, and/or wireless remote control of androids and/or computers.  It appears that Jay and B2 can easily remote control my S20 android computer.  It appears that they can probably jam USB ports possibly jam or interfere with USB mouse function.  It appears that they can sometimes wirelessly beam into and/or using computer hacking technology against computers. They can also electronically jam computers, possibly while attempting to remote control them.

At 2:10am 2/10/25, Jay Pendelton repeated Jay's prior claim [made in Jan. or Feb. 2025] that "Jay could cause 600 billion dollars worth of damage [probably during the 2025 Los Angeles Wildfires]."
At 2:10am 2/10/25, B2 also admitted that Jay made the claim, that B2 labeled a "joke", earlier [in Jan. or Feb. 2025].

Jay Pendelton has repeatedly self-describer himself as a mind controller.  At 4:48pm 7/11/24 Jay Pendelton compared himself to Sidney Gottlieb, the director of the CIA's 1953-1973 MKUltra mind control research program.  Jay Pendelton has sometimes described himself as an "enforcer".  In May of 2005, when Jay was introducing himself, Jay described himself as an assassin, and pointed out Hasan's covert and shadowy Middle Eastern 11th century order of assassins as one of Jay's role models.

At 11:17am 4/19/25, Jay Pendelton claimed "The CIA is allowed to assassinate people with impunity."
[Jay Pendelton did not claim that CIA assassinations are legal, only that Jay Pendelton believes that they are "allowed".  CIA assassinations are, in fact, illegal.  In fact, on 2/18/76, U.S. President Gerald Ford signed Executive Order 11905, which states, "No employee of the United States Government shall engage in, or conspire to engage in, political assassination."  Much of this EO would be changed or strengthened by U.S. President Jimmy Carter's Executive Order 12036 on 1/24/78.]

At 5:31pm 2/1/10, [alias] B2 said "You will have a heart attack very soon if you complain to the FBI."
At 10:09pm 2/1/10, Jay Pendelton said "Ditsy3 took all of the coke [cocaine] and Jay already needs free drugs."
At 12:12am 2/2/10, Jay Pendelton said "We could probably launch it [a nuclear weapon] by beam command, doofus."
At 1:54am 2/2/10, Jay Pendelton said "Every cop we know is a speed addict."
At 3:31am 2/2/10, Jay Pendelton said "You are being raped" on the subliminal channel while very briefly electronically simulating raping Ed using a mind control technology "juicy fruit" electronic oral sex rape zap.
At 4:23pm 2/2/10, Jay bragged "We conned them [Jay then claimed it was FBI SID management] into [giving us] free drugs, free drugs."
At 6:25pm 2/2/10, Jay admitted "Jay is a killer."
At 9:33pm 2/2/10, Jay said "Jay hates niggers.  Because they are mean and cruel to him."
At 9:19pm 2/2/10, Jay/B2 broadcast a male voice that yelled "You die!"
At 9:43pm 2/2/10 a male [who Jay implied was from the FBI SID], maybe Brett, complained "[Alias] Hitler screwed everything up.  This place [Jay implied it was the FBI SID building] was OK until [19]92.  Then it [Jay implied it was the FBI SID building] got very mean."


At 4:08am 1/30/10, Jay Pendelton glanced at Jay's emails at Ed's prompt and noticed "Jay is fired again [temporarily]".

At 6:30am 4/18/09, Jay Pendelton said "Jay's orders are to take down your network communications."
At 4:52pm 4/19/09, Jay Pendelton said "We're jamming everything."
At 5:59pm 4/19/09, Jay Pendelton said "Yeah, fuck you, we're trying to run your program [Norton Ghost] by remote control and it's taking forever here too."
At 11:25pm 4/19/09, Jay Pendelton said "And god damn you Jay usually rapes in the woman's apartment, anyway."
At 6:29pm 4/20/09, Jay Pendelton said "I hate this [FBI SID electronic beam zapping setup], because we just hit [beamed] it [Ed's PC] so hard, it should have broke the computer."
At 7:09pm 4/20/09, Jay Pendelton said "We [Jay claimed it was FBI SID hackers] are supposed to [beam and] swipe one of them [the i/o keyboard or mouse devices].  And you have them all [magnetically] shielded."
At 7:38pm 4/20/09, Jay Pendelton said "That was our key Trojan horse [on Ed's PC that Norton Internet Security 2009 deleted].  For some reason our [remote control hacking] software program doesn't run."
At At 8:12pm 4/20/09: "The question is, how much of their [Jay claimed it was the FBI SID] rootkit even works [on Ed's Net PC]."
At 9:48am 4/21/09: "That's how fucking quickly Jay has found a [female coworker] hooker at this [Jay claimed it was FBI SID] enterprise."
At 12:11pm 4/21/09, Jay Pendelton said "No, Jay has been a drug addict for 22 years." 
At 12:45pm 4/21/09, Jay Pendelton said "We [the FBI SID] can't do a god damn thing unless we [Jay claimed it was the FBI SID] fucking kill somebody."
At 6:27pm 4/21/09,  Jay Pendelton said "Old pal B2.  B2 is going to testify against me in court, your honor."
